Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and Liyag (operated by Sathish Nagaraj). By creating an account you accept them. If you do not, please do not use Liyag.
1. Who can use Liyag
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. One account per person, and one account per phone number. Photo verification is optional, but if you verify, the selfie must be of you.
2. How you agree to behave
- Be who you say you are. No impersonation, and no photos of other people.
- No harassment, hate speech, threats or unwanted sexual messages.
- No sexual content involving minors. This is removed and reported to the authorities.
- No asking other members for money, gifts, load, e-wallet transfers or investments.
- No commercial promotion, recruitment or spam.
- Do not scrape, reverse-engineer or automate access to the service.
Reports against an account are reviewed. Upheld reports add strikes, and strikes lead to suspensions and bans. Liyag may remove an account immediately and permanently for a serious violation.
3. Her Challenge
Challenges and answers must follow the same rules as profiles and chats. A challenge may not ask for money, contact details, explicit photos or anything unlawful. Answers are anonymous to the poster until she chooses to reveal them; they are not anonymous to Liyag, and abusive answers can be reported.
4. Credits and purchases
Some actions in Liyag use credits. You can earn credits by watching a rewarded ad, or buy them and other optional extras in the app through Google Play. Prices are shown by Google Play in your local currency before you confirm, and include any applicable taxes.
- Where a subscription is offered, it renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancel in the Google Play Store under Payments and subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Liyag does not process payments and cannot issue refunds on Google's behalf.
- Credits and paid extras have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Paid extras do not guarantee matches. They give you tools that help more people see you. Whether another member likes you back, replies or meets you is entirely their decision.
5. Your content
Your photos and words remain yours. You give Liyag the licence needed to host and display them inside the app, and nothing more. Deleting your account ends that licence and deletes the content, as described on the delete account page.
6. Safety, and its limits
Liyag can confirm that a verified member's selfie matches their photos, and that a member's phone number is real. Liyag does not run criminal background checks and cannot vouch for anyone's conduct. Meet in public, tell someone where you are going, and never send money to someone you have not met. Our safety page has more.
7. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Profile, then Delete Account. Liyag may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Philippine consumer protection law that cannot be limited by agreement.
9. Changes
If we change these terms materially, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.
