AI support assistant policy
Help & Support in the app starts with an AI assistant. This is what it does and does not do, in the same words the app uses.
What the assistant does
Replies in Support come from an AI assistant first. It answers questions, checks your account to troubleshoot, and can suggest changes to your profile or settings.
What it can see
Your profile details (including the religion, city and region on your profile), your photo and verification status, and your settings. It does not see your email, phone number, exact location or other members' data.
Changes need your OK
The assistant never changes anything on its own. A suggested change is applied only when you tap Confirm, and it can never change your name, age, gender, photos, matches, payments or account status.
Talking to a person
Tap Talk to a person at any time. The assistant also hands over when it can't help. Our team can see the conversation to help you.
How your messages are processed
Messages in Support are processed by our AI provider to generate replies. We keep assistant logs for up to 90 days to improve support and prevent abuse.
